The company builds an autonomous revenue operating system that runs the end-to-end customer lifecycle for sales teams, with AI agents handling manual work so sellers can focus on selling.
The company serves large enterprises in banking, hardware, construction, and sovereign AI, along with fast-growing AI companies such as Ramp and Cognition.
The team includes former founders of successful exits and senior leaders from Google, AWS, Confluent, and New Relic, plus competition medalists and published researchers. Backers include Sequoia, General Catalyst, Google Ventures, Elad Gil, and Chris Ré.
The company values attention to detail in every seller interaction, committing fully to customer needs and proactively creating value, and making fast, well-reasoned decisions and delivering quickly.
The Product Marketing team is small and each person owns a broad range: positioning, launches, demos, sales enablement, and technical content. A typical week could move from learning a new capability with Engineering, to building a demo, to helping Sales use the story in a customer call.
Responsibilities
Own product launches from start to finish: define the audience, customer problem, positioning, and the action you want buyers to take, build the launch materials, coordinate execution, and track how customers and sellers respond.
Shape a clear, distinctive product story grounded in what the product does, why it matters, and how it changes revenue teams, and keep it consistent as the product and market change.
Create demos, video scripts, website copy, presentations, and customer communications, using concrete examples that show the product doing meaningful work.
Learn the technology well enough to work with Product and Engineering on capabilities, integrations, APIs, and the context behind the revenue agent, then turn that into accurate content for business and technical readers.
Equip sellers with pitch materials, competitive guidance, use cases, and talk tracks they can use in live conversations. Stay close to the field to learn what resonates, where buyers stall, and what needs fixing.
Work with Customer Success and Sales to find useful examples, measurable results, and customer stories that support launches, sales materials, and positioning.
Turn customer conversations, competitive research, and analyst feedback into clear recommendations on messaging and product priorities.
Build repeatable processes for launches, content upkeep, and sales enablement so quality and speed hold up as the company grows.
Requirements
3-4+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role, including real ownership of bringing B2B software to market.
A generalist who can work across messaging, launches, content, demos, and enablement and decide where to focus.
Excellent writing and editing: you explain complex ideas clearly, lead with the key point, and cut what does not serve the reader.
Technical curiosity: you can work through product behavior with an engineer, see how systems connect, and explain the impact to customers. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable with unfamiliar tools and technical documentation.
A portfolio of work you built and shipped yourself, such as a launch, demo, webpage, sales narrative, or technical explainer.
Strong ownership: you can take an unclear problem, propose an approach, bring in the right people, and see it through.
High standards for accuracy, storytelling, and polish, with the judgment to move fast.
Willingness to work closely with customers and sellers, ask good questions, and change your approach when the evidence points elsewhere.
Regular hands-on use of AI tools for research, creation, and improving your work, with careful judgment about their output quality.
Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate there and work from the office.
Experience with enterprise software, AI products, revenue technology, or developer tools is especially helpful. Candidates from solutions engineering, technical content, or similar roles are also welcome if they show strong product marketing judgment and craft.
