Internship Project Manager - Team Rottensteiner

Description

The team plans and coordinates creative campaigns and production projects, and this internship supports that work.

You will work with international teams, local markets and external production partners on the project lifecycle.

The role is a 6-month internship starting in October or November 2026.

The internship is part of the company's Project Management team, working on international marketing and production projects.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and coordinate campaigns and production projects, including project plans.
• Track tasks and deliverables.
• Help coordinate stakeholders across teams and markets.
• Support day-to-day communication and keep all parties aligned throughout each project.
• Help monitor project timelines, milestones and workflows so projects stay on schedule.
• Assist with coordinating campaign adaptations, master animations and Brand Kiss workflows.
• Keep project progress and key deliverables transparent to the team.

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Media, Communications or a related field.
• You have excellent English skills.
• You have strong communication and organizational skills.
• You work in a structured, reliable and detail-oriented way.
• You are interested in project management, marketing and production processes.
• You are a team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
• German is a plus.
• Familiarity with planning or project management tools is a plus.

Conditions

The internship runs for 6 months, starting in October or November 2026.

The minimum salary under the collective agreement is € 2.221,00 gross per month, disclosed for legal reasons.
