Description

About the Role

Join an early-stage B2B AI company building products for data engineering teams. As a Technical Product Manager, you will shape the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered data workflow capabilities, working closely with engineering and business teams to bring new products to market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and use cases through direct conversations with users, then define product strategy and roadmap.
  • Partner with UX designers to create intuitive experiences for AI-powered products.
  • Work with engineering to scope, build, and launch new functionality for technical users.
  • Represent user needs across the organization and engage with customers to understand their workflows.
  • Support sales and customer teams during pre-sales and post-sales work with enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing on product positioning, messaging, pricing, and lead generation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product management experience, including work at an early-stage startup.
  • Experience taking technical products for data engineers from 0 to 1 and launching them for technical users.
  • Strong understanding of the modern data stack, such as ELT, data warehousing, dbt, Snowflake, Spark, Airflow, or Databricks.
  • Experience shipping native GenAI products and familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI evaluation.
  • Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex in day-to-day work.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment; a technical background or prior data engineering experience is beneficial.

Conditions

Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
