Technical Consultant

Description

The role covers the technical upkeep and day-to-day running of a portfolio of properties.

You will work under the technical managers in the Asset Services Spain department and support the property managers in Spain.

The team handles the buildings under its care, including construction projects in shared and private areas.

Responsibilities

• Take overall technical charge of the assets or buildings assigned to you.
• Supervise construction projects in the common and private areas of the buildings you manage.
• Give technical support to the property managers in the Asset Services department in Spain.
• Make sure the buildings meet technical legal requirements.
• Negotiate contracts with technical service providers, then oversee their technical, organizational and financial performance and act as the client's main contact.
• Track and control the budget and profit and loss account for the buildings you manage.
• Oversee renovation and repair work on the assets.
