Description

The company is a commercial real estate firm, and this role leads creative and marketing delivery for its Capital Markets mandates in Spain.

You will turn complex property and investment information into sales materials that help win mandates, position opportunities and draw in investors. The work spans design, storytelling, digital production and project management.

You will work with Capital Markets professionals, research, data, marketing and outside partners, and you will own the quality and consistency of outputs such as pitches, investment memoranda, teasers, presentations, brochures, landing pages, video and emerging AI-enabled formats. You will act as a creative partner and a dependable delivery lead on several projects at once.

Success in this role means high-profile mandates have distinctive, accurate, investor-ready materials; the team moves faster because templates, workflows and AI tools cut repetitive production; complex asset, market and financial information becomes clear, persuasive visuals; digital formats sit alongside traditional documents and make opportunities easier to present and access; and multiple workstreams are delivered to brief, on time and with close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Set the creative direction and design approach for marketing materials on high-profile Capital Markets mandates, and do much of the hands-on design yourself.
  • Build visual concepts, narratives and design systems suited to each opportunity, audience and transaction strategy.
  • Create and oversee pitches, credentials, investment memoranda, teasers, brochures, presentations, case studies and other sales collateral.
  • Make sure every output looks premium, stays consistent and accessible, follows corporate brand standards, and still feels distinct for each mandate.
  • Question standard real estate marketing formats and suggest more engaging ways to tell investment stories.
  • Work with deal teams from the early pitch stage through launch and execution, turning commercial goals into clear marketing deliverables.
  • Shape complex content into persuasive stories for investors, owners and other decision-makers.
  • Gather, check and present asset, market, financial, sustainability and legal information from subject-matter experts.
  • Build reusable templates, toolkits and best-practice examples that lift quality and speed across the team.
  • Produce digital versions of sales materials, including responsive landing pages and other web experiences, using no-code, low-code or coded approaches as appropriate.
  • Understand how deal information is organised and governed in virtual data rooms (VDRs), and design content structures and user journeys around transaction materials.
  • Work confidently with structured data, spreadsheets, content repositories and digital asset libraries to keep production accurate and efficient.
  • Bring in digital and technology specialists when a solution needs deeper development, integration, security or data-governance work.
  • Use approved AI tools to speed up ideation, content structuring, image and video work, layout exploration, prototyping and repetitive tasks.
  • Identify scalable AI-supported workflows for a large, fast-moving Capital Markets team that protect quality, confidentiality and human review.
  • Test emerging creative platforms for web and video, including Lovable and Higgsfield or approved equivalents.
  • Check AI outputs for accuracy, permissions, brand fit, bias, confidentiality and suitability before anything is used.
  • Manage several concurrent assignments, setting scope, milestones, dependencies, review rounds and final delivery requirements.
  • Reprioritise quickly when transaction timelines change or deadlines get tight.
  • Coordinate internal contributors and external designers, production partners, photographers, videographers and other suppliers as needed.
  • Keep status reports, version control, approval trails and project files organised.
  • Flag risks early and propose practical fixes that do not weaken quality or accuracy.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in graphic design, brand design, visual communication, product marketing, creative services or a closely related field.
  • A strong portfolio of premium B2B, corporate, financial, property or professional-services work, covering long-form documents and presentations.
  • Advanced skill in industry-standard design and presentation tools, ideally Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience producing information-rich material such as investment memoranda, proposals, reports, pitch books, brochures or similarly complex publications.
  • A track record of running several projects at once with demanding stakeholders, tight deadlines and multiple review cycles.
  • Working knowledge of digital production, content management, landing-page creation, no-code or low-code platforms, HTML/CSS or related web technologies.
  • Practical experience using generative AI tools in creative or marketing work, with a clear grasp of why human quality control is needed.
  • Fluent Spanish and strong professional English, written and spoken.
  • Desirable: experience in commercial real estate, investment, financial services, consulting or another transaction-led environment.
  • Desirable: familiarity with Capital Markets processes, investor audiences, deal documentation and VDR structures.
  • Desirable: experience with motion design, video editing, AI video generation, photography or art direction.
  • Desirable: knowledge of data visualisation, information design, UX/UI principles, prototyping or front-end development.
  • Desirable: experience coordinating agencies, freelancers, print production and specialist digital suppliers.
  • Desirable: a relevant degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, communication design, marketing, digital media, multimedia, computer science or a related field.
