Description

You report to the Head of Data Operations for EMEA and help improve how the company handles real estate data across Europe.

You run projects that span Research, Business Intelligence, Data Operations and several business lines. As AI adoption speeds up, you shape tools, workflows and data quality across the whole data path, from entry and capture to reporting and to how business users act on the results.

You are the link between real estate business teams and data teams. You handle both the technical redesign of processes and tools and the people side, so that changes stick across the organisation through structured change management.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of data initiatives throughout EMEA, including work on AI and automation.
  • Own innovation projects from the initial scope through to results that can be measured for the business.
  • Look for ways to improve data tools and workflows, then put them in place, to lift business performance and analytics.
  • Organise real estate data so Business, Research and Transaction Services teams get the most value from it.
  • Improve each stage of the data path, from entry and capture through reporting to how Research, Business and BI teams use the data.
  • Keep data quality high by investigating, checking and fixing problems on your own.
  • Help roll out new tools and processes with training, communication plans and stakeholder alignment.
  • Spot resistance to change early and adjust rollout to each business line and its data maturity.
  • Build strong, cooperative working relationships with Research, Data, Innovation and business teams in France and across EMEA.
  • Give senior leaders and non-technical readers clear updates on progress, risks and suggested actions, including for steering committees.

Requirements

  • A project management certificate such as Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP, or an equivalent.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business, real estate, project management, applied data or a related subject.
  • You bring 5-10 years in commercial real estate, consulting, data project management or operations, and you use AI tools routinely in business work.
  • Background in running change projects independently, including getting tools and processes taken up by several stakeholder groups.
  • Good command of how data models are built, plus practical SQL for querying, checking and debugging data alone.
  • Strong written and spoken communication, able to turn technical data problems into plain business language.
  • Real interest in automation and AI, and a history of finding and testing workable use cases, for example workflow automation, AI-aided data entry or QA, and RPA.
  • Organised and good at coordinating, comfortable running several projects at the same time.
  • Strong people skills and experience handling stakeholders.
  • Able to work well in an international, multicultural setting.
  • Professional French is mandatory. Professional English at B2-C1 level is also required.
  • Other European languages are valuable.
  • Previous experience supervising or coaching less senior data or analytics colleagues.
  • Solid knowledge of how the commercial property market works in France.
  • Familiarity with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL and Power Automate.
