Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Prior experience working with Scrum teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to teach and coach Agile methods
- Good at resolving conflict and facilitating teams
- Comfortable with change and leading transformation
- English level B1
- French level B2
Conditions
