Implementation Specialist I

The Operations team handles customer experience, new product capabilities, strategy, planning, technical execution, customer service, fraud operations, process design, quality, training and program management. It works to run things efficiently, fix problems fast and scale as the business grows, while keeping support high-quality and risk low.

This role is Implementation Support Specialist I. You will help retail partners put the company's solution in place. You will be the main support contact for partners' business and technical teams throughout integration, and you will work with Engineering and Merchant Operations to get clients quick answers, troubleshoot account problems and build internal processes that scale.

Responsibilities

• Support merchant partners on marketing best practices, accounting workflows, and implementation guidance and troubleshooting.
• Fix technical integration issues involving partners' ecommerce front-end platforms and back-end order management systems.
• Find and put in place new operational processes that improve efficiency.
• Write detailed technical documentation.
• Work with internal stakeholders to define workflows that span teams.
• Pass client product feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to improve product performance and features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in tech, eCommerce, SaaS, or similar roles.
• Proven track record in a job, internship, or volunteer role that involved written communication with stakeholders, customers, or partners.
• Strong project management, communication and technical skills for managing client engagements and internal resources.
• Ability to juggle several assignments at once, work independently and see projects through with little guidance and close attention to detail.
• Nice to have: experience with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce, or exposure to web development concepts.
• Nice to have: experience in payments or ecommerce.
• Nice to have: knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and APIs.
• You must be based in the Pacific Time Zone.

Conditions

Equity grade 1.

New hires usually start at the bottom of the pay range. Pay is set using a simple, transparent structure that considers location, experience and job-related skills.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may also include equity, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech, and benefits.

USA base pay range for CA, WA, NY, NJ and CT: $70,000 to $90,000 per year.

USA base pay range for all other U.S. states: $62,000 to $82,000 per year.

Remote role.

The company is remote-first. Most roles can be done from almost anywhere in the country of employment. Some roles may need occasional in-person work at an office, and a few are office-based. All new hires are invited to an in-person onboarding.
