Senior Professional Services Consultant

Description

The company is a security firm whose cloud platform connects users, devices and applications from any location, running across more than 200 public data centers worldwide and thousands of private edge sites.

The role sits in the public sector professional services team and reports to the Sr. Manager of Professional Services.

Responsibilities

• Develop lasting advisor relationships with customers and shape zero trust solutions around their needs.
• Build and run solutions with the company's product suite, covering SDWAN, CASB, Shadow IT and SaaS integrations.
• Work with stakeholders to define and roll out forward-looking processes that change how work gets done.
• Bring customer requirements to cross-functional teams so they shape product development.
• Write documentation, best practices and demos that help the organization grow.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI and ML, with experience using, securing or proposing AI-driven solutions to improve results in your area.
• U.S. citizenship is required because of the nature of the assigned customers.
• 8+ years of experience in network engineering, network security or professional services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced skill with LAN/WAN routing, HTTP proxy technologies, SSL interception, and troubleshooting BGP and OSPF.
• Ability to obtain and keep a Public Trust or DoD/DoW security clearance or access, and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (up to 40% travel).
• May require moving from remote work to working onsite in a government or company facility in Crystal City, VA or the DC Metropolitan Area.
• Preferred: active or recent (within the last 10 years) DoD/DoW security clearance at SECRET or TS.
• Preferred: industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCNP, CCIE, or ZDTE.
• Preferred: experience designing successful SDWAN solutions.
• Preferred: experience implementing AI-driven network security tools, predictive threat intelligence platforms, or automated security operations workflows.

Conditions

Remote work in the U.S., with the Eastern Time Zone or DMV area preferred.

Full-time position.

Base pay range is $143,500 to $205,000 USD. The range covers all U.S. locations and may be higher or lower depending on skills, experience, and education or training. It excludes commission, bonus, equity (if applicable) and benefits.
