The Talent Acquisition team is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter. The role is hybrid, based at the Santa Clara, CA headquarters or the Bellevue, WA office, with on-site days Tuesday through Thursday. You will report to the Head of Technical Recruiting and handle full-cycle hiring for top technical talent, working toward team priorities and established selection steps.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, giving candidates a strong experience at every step
• Work with hiring managers and leaders to shape and run recruitment plans that fit current team priorities
• Run hiring work with limited oversight, from kickoff meetings through offer, negotiation and closing
• Promote inclusive hiring with speed, accuracy and careful execution
• Use sourcing strategies to build and nurture strong candidate pipelines for several hard-to-fill technical searches in a competitive market

• A bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent mix of relevant experience, education and training.
• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, ideally in-house in enterprise software, cloud or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with strategic sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, technical communities and advanced search methods.
• A record of working closely with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to lead searches and fill requisitions quickly.
• A proven ability to build interest in technical roles while giving candidates a fast, candidate-first experience.
• Ability to work on-site at the Santa Clara, CA headquarters Tuesday through Thursday.
• Preferred: a proven record of using AI-powered sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms or automated workflows to speed up pipelines.
• Preferred: prior recruiting experience for software engineering, distributed systems, AI/ML, data science or security research.
• Preferred: a proven track record of structured, inclusive hiring and building diverse pipelines.
• Preferred: comfort working in both fast-growing companies and established enterprises.

Conditions

Hybrid role, based in Santa Clara, CA or Bellevue, WA, with on-site work Tuesday through Thursday.

Full-time position. The base salary range excludes commission, bonus, equity (if applicable) and benefits.

Base pay range: $117,250 - $167,500 USD. Pay is set by role and level, and the posted range covers target minimum and maximum for new hires across all US locations. Final pay may be higher or lower depending on skills, experience and education or training.
