Description

The Data & Legal Solutions team is a central program operations group. It works as a trusted partner on strategic programs across ad sales, distribution, marketing, research, technology, legal and HR, with a focus on legal, privacy, compliance and data-driven business solutions.

The team delivers insights and structure across a varied portfolio so business leaders can make sound decisions in a complex, fragmented media market.

This senior product manager role owns the privacy product portfolio from strategy through delivery. You will turn changing privacy laws and internal standards into scalable product capabilities and operating frameworks used across all business units, working at enterprise scale with many stakeholders.

The company is one of the world's leading media and entertainment businesses. Its portfolio spans film, television, streaming, consumer products, news, sports and theme park destinations, and it is a subsidiary of Comcast Corporation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, roadmap and delivery for privacy capabilities and platforms.
  • Translate privacy regulations and internal standards into product capabilities and operational frameworks for every business unit.

Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on data privacy, trust or compliance products.
  • Have shipped and scaled privacy products such as consumer rights management (DSAR), consent management and preference management.
  • Have delivered end-to-end privacy solutions that meet privacy policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Understand global privacy rules well, including GDPR, CPRA/CCPA and other applicable data protection laws.
  • Have hands-on experience integrating SaaS platforms through APIs, SFTP and other data exchange methods.
  • Can define a long-term product vision, turn it into executable roadmaps and deliver against committed plans.
  • Have led cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, security, data, operations) and run complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly and manage stakeholders well, influencing everyone up to executive leadership.
  • Know the product development lifecycle thoroughly, including technical design, data architecture and analytics.
  • Have worked in a large, complex organization supporting enterprise-scale products and platforms.
  • Bring a practical, solution-oriented approach with a strong bias toward execution and continuous improvement.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or product management, or have equivalent practical experience.
  • Have 3+ years in a role that demands strong technical, quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Have worked in a privacy-focused, compliance-driven or regulated product environment.
  • Can turn business and legal requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Can manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts and build consensus across teams without direct authority.
  • Own problems end to end: break down complex issues, weigh scenarios and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
  • Have worked in Agile product development environments.
  • Are willing to support time-sensitive work, including occasionally outside standard business hours.
  • Preferred: privacy certifications such as CIPM, CIPP/E, CIPP/US or equivalent.
  • Preferred: experience in media, entertainment or digital content.
  • Preferred: familiarity with both vendor-managed and internally built privacy solutions, including third-party partnerships.
  • Preferred: experience managing distributed teams and external vendors.
  • Preferred: strong organization, with the ability to track dependencies, risks and delivery milestones.
  • Preferred: proficiency with Jira or similar tools for roadmap planning, backlog management and delivery tracking.
  • Preferred: collaborative and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced, changing regulatory landscape.
  • Preferred: alignment with the company's values of Integrity, Ownership, Creativity, Teamwork and Pioneering Spirit.
