Description

The application window for this role is expected to close on 10 Nov 2026.

The company is a global healthcare technology leader with 95,000 employees in more than 150 countries, building medical technologies that serve 72+ million patients each year.

This role sits in the Acute Care and Monitoring business, which gives clinicians monitoring tools for hospital and post-acute care. Connectivity links devices, data and teams into one ecosystem.

Within that business, the digital health portfolio covers wearables, remote monitoring, connectivity and services, in a connected care market that is growing fast.

You will be the Global Product Marketing Manager for Connectivity on the Digital Health team, leading global downstream strategy and lifecycle management for the solutions behind the business's connectivity infrastructure, so clinicians get insights when and where they need them.

Your work will globalize how connectivity is delivered, raise the company's profile in the market and feed customer insight into future product plans.

You will own how connectivity is positioned, sold and scaled across the business, working with professional services, cross-functional teams and global partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own downstream execution for the connectivity portfolio across the business, including positioning, messaging and go-to-market.
  • Set how connectivity is packaged and sold so it stays consistent and clear.
  • Plan regional launches, including toolkits, training, sales enablement and competitive positioning.
  • Drive adoption through defined use cases, target segments and repeatable commercial programs.
  • Work with upstream and regional teams on pricing, forecasting inputs and product availability for global readiness.
  • Equip field teams to sell, implement and scale connectivity.
  • Lead the global approach, turning regional differences in EMR, IT and workflows into scalable models and priorities.
  • Convert regional market needs into commercial programs, adoption plans and input to product direction.
  • Build relationships with field sales, professional services and regional leaders to remove blockers and speed up implementations.
  • Align franchises on consistent positioning, packaging and deployment.
  • Define and develop the connectivity value proposition, explaining complex integrations to clinicians, IT and hospital leaders.
  • Build customer stories, proof points and reference accounts that show real impact.
  • Lead thought leadership, including external content, conference presence and industry engagement that positions the company as a connectivity leader.
  • Track competitors and market trends to guide positioning and downstream strategy.
  • Represent customers to upstream marketing across regions, influencing the roadmap for integrations and platform capabilities.
  • Keep a continuous feedback loop between market execution and product development.
  • Coordinate with internal teams so connectivity priorities line up across the wider portfolio.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree plus at least 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability and connectivity, such as HL7, FHIR, IHE, EMR integration and middleware.
  • Clear communicator who turns technical topics into customer-friendly messages.
  • Experience with connectivity platforms and EMR integrations.
  • Experience in pricing strategy, demand planning or product availability processes.
  • Experience with cybersecurity and data privacy considerations in healthcare.
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, life sciences or healthcare management.
  • Experience in downstream product marketing, product management or commercial marketing.
  • Experience working with regional teams, professional services and field organizations to drive product adoption.
  • Ability to build business cases and quantify commercial impact, including ROI and value stories for hospital stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degrees earned outside the United States must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
