Description

The company builds identity management and data protection products that sit at the core of digital security. Its technology helps banks move funds, lets people cross borders and helps energy networks run smarter. More than 30,000 organizations use it to verify people and things, control access to digital services, analyze large volumes of data and encrypt information.

The team is hiring a senior product manager to set direction and plan the roadmap for bot management. The work is about detection that separates real users from harmful automation and from wanted AI agents, and about staying ahead of capable attackers. The role is technical and calls for sound product judgment, empathy for customers and the ability to get work done across complex systems.

Responsibilities

  • Set the bot management roadmap and see it through delivery so it fits customer needs and market shifts.
  • Work with engineering, sales and marketing to develop and launch strong cybersecurity offerings.
  • Talk with customers around the world to collect feedback, spot market openings, study competitors and forecast trends.
  • Shape reporting and configuration screens that make complex security work simpler, using clear, data-driven insights.
  • Partner with engineers to turn customer needs into product architecture changes for large initiatives.
  • Make architecture decisions that weigh detection accuracy, speed, scale and ease of use across the platform.
  • Own the long-term platform plan for bot management so results and experience stay consistent across products and customer setups.
  • Align priorities and dependencies between platform, detection and infrastructure teams to deliver large, complex projects.
  • Track competitors and new developments in technology.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or have equivalent experience.
  • Have 7+ years of product management experience with deep cybersecurity knowledge.
  • Know application security (AppSec) concepts well.
  • Have a record of building strong working relationships with engineering teams.
  • Have worked directly with customers on security feature needs and feedback.
  • Have successfully run several major projects at the same time.
  • Have taken a product from concept to launch and then grown it to a large user base.
  • Learn and master new technologies quickly.
  • Be comfortable working remotely across international time zones, mainly Europe and the Western Hemisphere.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, now or in the future, including assuming sponsorship of an employment visa.

  • Full-time employees working 30 or more hours a week, and their eligible dependents, can choose from health, dental, vision, FSA or HSA, voluntary life and AD&D, whole group life with LTC, critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident, legal, identity theft and pet insurance.
  • Retirement savings plan open after 30 days of employment, with a company contribution and match, and vesting from day one.
