You would join a team shaping product lines such as Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. The company recently went public and gives its people autonomy and support to build for the long term.

The company connects vehicles, equipment, sites and people. Its platform collects more than 30 trillion data points a year from vehicles covering 99.9% of U.S. roads, and it designs its own hardware to capture that data. The team starts from data, embedded hardware and customer understanding rather than from a model.

The company reports $2.1 billion in ARR last quarter, 30% year-over-year growth, and GAAP profitability for four straight quarters. Usage of its AI agents has grown 7x since June, and voice agents passed chat within four weeks of launch.

This is a remote role open to candidates residing in the US.

Physical operations are demanding: the work is repetitive, hard to staff, and mistakes can injure people. Customers make thousands of daily decisions that affect whether people get home safely and whether deliveries and essential services continue.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in the field, identify the most important problems, and set a clear point of view on what to build next.
• Use AI daily to prototype, test and ship quickly, and keep exploring what the newest models can do.
• Partner with hardware, software and AI teams to deliver products that customers pay for.
• Take end-to-end ownership of outcomes, measured by customer impact and revenue.

Requirements

• You have shipped products customers pay for and can show, with numbers, the impact you drove personally.
• You use AI tools every day and get enthusiastic when a new model opens new possibilities.
• You identify your own problems to solve and take full ownership of the result.
• You have strong commercial judgment and want to understand how the product is sold.
• You can persuade a room quickly and change your mind easily when someone else has the better argument.

Conditions

Base annual salary ranges from $137,200 to $245,000 USD. The range shown covers all approved pay zones, and your primary work location sets which part of it applies to you, which may be narrower.

Pay within the range depends on factors such as city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

The role is remote, and the company offers flexible working that includes in-person, hybrid and fully remote options. Some roles require proximity to an office or a specific area, and any such requirement is stated in the job description.
