The company runs an IoT platform that helps organizations whose work depends on physical operations turn vehicle and equipment data into actionable insights that improve how they operate.

Its goal is better safety, efficiency, and sustainability in industries that make up more than 40% of global GDP, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing.

The company recently went public. It collects over 30 trillion data points a year from vehicles that cover 99.9% of US roads, and it designs its own hardware to capture that data.

It reported $2.1 billion in ARR last quarter, 30% year-over-year growth, and GAAP profitability for four straight quarters.

Adoption of its AI agents has grown 7x since June, and voice agents overtook chat within four weeks of launch.

The team starts from data, embedded hardware, and close customer understanding rather than from a model, and builds AI on that foundation.

You would help define how AI reaches physical operations across video-based safety, vehicle telematics, apps and driver workflows, and equipment monitoring.

The role is remote and open to candidates residing in the US.

Physical operations are demanding: the work is repetitive and hard to staff, and mistakes can hurt people. Customers make thousands of decisions a day about whether people get home safely and whether deliveries and essential services keep running.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in the field, identify the problems that matter most, and set a clear direction for what the team builds next.
• Use AI every day to prototype, test, and ship quickly, and keep exploring what the newest models can do.
• Work with hardware, software, and AI teams to deliver products customers will pay for.
• Own results from start to finish, measured by customer impact and revenue.

Requirements

• You have shipped products customers pay for and can show, with numbers, the impact you personally drove.
• You use AI tools daily and get excited when a new model makes something newly possible.
• You find problems to work on yourself and take full ownership of the outcome.
• You have strong commercial judgment and want to understand how the product is sold.
• You can persuade a room quickly and stay willing to change your view when someone else has the better argument.

Conditions

Annual base salary is $130,602 - $219,500 USD, varying by city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The range shown covers approved pay zones. Your primary work location determines which range applies, and that range may be narrower than the full one.

The role is remote for candidates residing in the US.
