Senior Product Manager

Description

The company is an AI-native travel platform that has operated for a decade. It serves over 40,000 customers and nearly 2 million travelers, along with travel and AI companies that build on its infrastructure. One system supports business travel, group travel, human agents, and AI agents.

The company is hiring Product Managers across several teams. You will join one team and own its product area, and the core work is the same everywhere: understand customers, find where the experience breaks, and ship products that make business travel simpler.

Responsibilities

• Own a product area from start to finish, setting its vision, strategy, and roadmap, and move features from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Form a clear view of UX, and use research, behavioral data, and customer conversations to decide what to build next.
• Set the north star metrics for your area, analyze the funnel, and push for results for customers and the company.
• Use AI daily for prototyping, synthesizing research, and writing specs, and look for ways AI can simplify and personalize the customer experience.
• Work with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Operations, and Support to turn competing priorities into one shared direction.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on product management experience.
• Ideally, experience with customer-facing products in marketplaces, booking, travel, e-commerce, or fintech.
• A strong generalist with sharp product sense, real customer empathy, and a data-driven approach.
• Comfortable running a UX review, analyzing a funnel, or reading the results of an A/B test.
• Experience shipping AI-powered or agentic products, or regular use of modern AI tools in your work.
• A sense of urgency, the ability to explain the reasoning behind your decisions, and ownership of outcomes.

Conditions

Pay depends on experience, expertise, and location.

Base salary falls between $181,100 and $213,000 USD.

The team works in a hybrid-hub model. You can work from an office or fully remote, and the company will make sure you have what you need either way.
