Description

The company is an AI-native travel platform. One system runs business travel, group travel, human agents and AI agents. It has operated for ten years, serves over 40,000 customers and nearly 2 million travelers, and works with travel and AI companies that build on its infrastructure.

This is a senior product role focused on growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product-led growth across onboarding, activation, retention loops and monetization, running experiments to improve results.
  • Track and move activation rate, time to value, product-qualified leads, net dollar retention and expansion revenue.
  • Work with engineering, design, data and go-to-market teams to build AI-driven features using LLMs, predictive logic and automation. Aim to cut friction, personalize the journey and get customers to value sooner.
  • Increase cross-sell and attach across hotels, flights, cars and groups. Drive adoption of the company's direct bill, FlexPro and Rewards products when customers need them. Help accounts keep booking during quiet periods and team changes.
  • Spot high-intent moments in the product and route those accounts quickly to the right sales or account team, so self-serve and assisted help work as one process.
  • Form hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, and work with data teams to act on results. Test quickly, learn quickly and scale what works across the travel and spend management platform.
  • Turn complex ideas into clear plans, align cross-functional stakeholders on shared goals, and make sure each growth feature gives customers a smooth, high-impact experience.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, ideally on a self-serve or product-led B2B product.
  • You have owned a conversion or revenue metric and moved metrics in at least two of acquisition, activation, expansion and retention.
  • You solve problems with strong analytical and experimentation skills. You can design tests, interpret results and turn data into decisions, and you do well in fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • You can use AI to prototype, ship small fixes and query data. You are fluent in experimentation and analytics tools such as Amplitude, LaunchDarkly and SQL.
  • You are deeply curious and focused on outcomes. You are willing to get hands-on, collaborate and deliver work that matters.
  • You explain complex ideas clearly and create alignment across engineering, design, data, sales, account management and marketing.

Conditions

Pay depends on experience, expertise and location. The base salary range is $181,100 - $213,000 USD.

Every role includes equity. Some roles also include an annual bonus or commissions. Your recruiter will share your full compensation package during the process.
