  • Preferred: experience across the engineering process, from proposals and requirements analysis through verification testing and fielding.
  • Preferred: experience in a Systems Engineering Integration and Test environment in one or more of EOIR systems, sensors, optics, antenna design, direction finding, geolocation or threat analysis.
  • Preferred: experience decomposing requirements for DoD platforms or systems.
  • Preferred: demonstrated expertise in SysML and MBSE tools such as IBM Rational DOORS, Enterprise Architect and Cameo, including building and maintaining system models, traceability matrices and verification cross-reference artifacts.

  • Preferred: a proven record of working across functions, sites and stakeholders.
  • Preferred: familiarity with company processes and operating procedures.
  • Preferred: CAM certification with experience in ETCs and CEACs, or demonstrated experience performing CAM duties.
