Solutions Consultant - France

Description

You work alongside sales and other internal teams to win the technical side of target deals. Beyond standard product demos, you link the platform's capabilities, automated data flows and practical AI tools to results customers can measure. You uncover technical needs through consultative questions, then build sample solutions, prototypes and proofs of concept that confirm those needs and show the business value of the company's platform.

The role is based in France and requires fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-sales work with customers, prospects and partners by phone, online or on site, lead discovery, and find where the company's solutions fit their needs
• Work with the Client Services team so customers onboard smoothly and keep succeeding over time
• Build working knowledge of industries, departments and use cases where the platform can make a difference, across several domains
• Deliver general and targeted demos on Financial Reporting (private financials, capital markets transactions, SEC/Advanced and management reporting) and on Controls essentials
• Create new use cases, or adapt existing templates, to show the value and impact of the solution
• Run process assessments with customers, build proofs of concept to test requirements, and build and present customer-specific business cases
• You may start coaching, training or mentoring colleagues across domains
• Partner with Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping and Customer Success to hit team and company goals
• Help Sales build account plans that support the company's strategy and objectives
• Lead Opportunity Technical Evaluations, aiming for a confirmed technical win: prove the solution is technically viable, win over key stakeholders, and show it clearly beats current processes
• Advise customers on using data connectivity, automated reporting and practical AI to simplify complex reporting, GRC and Sustainability/Carbon work
• Run discovery sessions and value presentations across the core solutions: Financial Reporting, GRC and Sustainability

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting or management consulting (such as Big 4 or similar), including solution consulting, technical sales or solution delivery
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred, or equivalent practical experience
• Fluent in French and English
