Description

The company is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy. Its platform confirms 100% of legitimate identities in real time and blocks fraud early, serving businesses, governments and millions of people.

The partner ecosystem connects outside data and decision providers to the platform. Each partner must integrate cleanly, run reliably, be configured correctly for customers and be understood well enough for Solutions and Sales to use it. This role carries the technical responsibility for all of that.

You will be the main technical reference for the ecosystem. You will agree integration approaches with partners and guide the partner engineering pod on scope, requirements and priority without managing its engineers. Solutions teams bring you broken implementations, and internal teams ask what a partner product does and when to use it.

The work is hands-on: you run partner API discovery yourself, write the specs the pod builds from, join live troubleshooting and maintain the documentation others rely on. As the partner marketplace grows, you will define what a partner product needs to be integrated and used at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Run each partner integration from start to finish, covering discovery, technical scope, specs, sequencing and launch readiness.
  • Set the pod's roadmap, priorities and capacity trade-offs needed to deliver those integrations.
  • Create reusable patterns for authentication, data mapping, error handling, retries and fallbacks so each integration goes faster than the last.
  • Involve Product and Legal/GRC early so contract and compliance limits shape the design from the outset.
  • Act as the technical contact for partners, from API discovery through release and deprecation.
  • Assess partner APIs, data models, SLAs and support, choose the best integration path, and challenge designs that add fragility, latency, cost or compliance risk.
  • Define what integration-ready means for the marketplace, including requirements, certification and acceptance criteria, and later enforce it with partners who build on the platform.
  • Explain partner products to pre-sales Solutions: what they do, what they need, what they cost and what they cannot do.
  • Check configuration across sandbox and production with post-sales Solutions and Implementation, and flag workflows likely to produce poor decisions.
  • Create enablement material so Solutions teams can resolve routine cases on their own.
  • Handle triage for integration escalations, set integration health monitoring requirements, and run regular audits that lead to fixes.
  • Maintain the technical documentation: integration specs, API references, configuration guides and troubleshooting runbooks. Treat outdated documentation as a defect.
  • Use AI to draft specs and documentation, check output against source API docs, and build repeatable AI workflows that help more than one person.
  • Build deep expertise in each partner product and explain it to Sales, Solutions, Product and Support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical program management, technical product management, solutions architecture, solutions engineering or integration engineering, including direct ownership of external-facing technical work.
  • A record of driving engineering execution without formal authority, including owning a team's roadmap and delivery as an individual contributor.
  • Hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, data mapping and normalization, and how third-party dependencies fail. You can read an API doc set and spot production risks.
  • Solid debugging across distributed systems. You are comfortable with logs, traces and payloads and can tell whether a fault lies with us, the partner or the configuration.
  • Experience working directly with external technical teams, holding a firm position, declining well and keeping relationships intact.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. The role depends on relationships with partners, engineers you don't manage, Solutions teams and leadership.
  • Excellent written communication, since other teams depend on your specs and documentation.
  • Practical use of AI tools with the discipline to verify output, and examples of patterns that sped up recurring work for many people.
  • Ability to move between a partner architecture discussion, a customer escalation and an internal enablement session in one day.
  • Preferred: background in identity, fraud, risk, KYC/KYB, credit or adjacent data-provider ecosystems.
  • Preferred: experience integrating and running many third-party data vendors at scale, including API versioning and deprecation.
  • Preferred: experience building or scaling a partner marketplace, app store, developer platform or partner certification program.
  • Preferred: familiarity with decisioning or workflow orchestration platforms and how data products are combined within them.
  • Preferred: experience working with pre-sales and post-sales teams in B2B enterprise SaaS.
  • Preferred: exposure to compliance and contract terms for third-party data, including data rights, permissible purpose, retention and audit requirements.
  • Preferred: prior hands-on engineering work, even if you have since moved into solutions, program or product roles.
