Description

The company is an AI-native travel platform that has spent a decade building proprietary technology and supply for business travel.

It serves over 40,000 customers and nearly 2 million travelers, along with travel and AI companies that build on its infrastructure.

One system runs business travel, group travel, and both human and AI agents.

Several teams are hiring. You would join one of them and help lead its area as a Technical Product Manager.

Your partners are engineering teams, internal product teams, and the members who rely on what you ship.

Responsibilities

  • Own your area from requirements through launch and adoption, including its strategy and roadmap.
  • Turn customer and partner needs into clear technical requirements, and define the metrics, from adoption to reliability, that decide what gets built next.
  • Go deep on architecture, APIs, and system tradeoffs, and look for places where AI could make the platform smarter or more reliable.
  • Choose between long-term foundational investment and the customer and revenue results the business needs now.
  • Work with data, product, and business teams, and explain the platform's purpose to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management.
  • You understand how complex systems work and can go deep with engineers on architecture and tradeoffs.
  • Strong analytical skills, including SQL, KPI definition, and experimentation, and the ability to turn ambiguity into a clear plan.
  • You have shipped LLM-based tools or ML-adjacent products in production.
  • You hold a clear point of view, can tell an engineer or partner no and explain why, and keep the end customer in mind during technical work.
  • Background in travel, marketplaces, or fintech is a strong plus.
  • The company hires across levels and matches scope to your background.

Conditions

Pay depends on your experience, expertise, and location.

Base salary range: $181,100 - $213,000 USD.

Every role includes equity. Some roles may also include an annual bonus, and your recruiter will share the full package during the process.

The company uses a hybrid-hub model. You can work from an office or be fully remote, and you will get the setup you need either way.

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and reviewed as they arrive, so applying early is encouraged.

Benefits

  • Competitive base pay and equity for all employees, with bonuses or commissions for some roles.
  • The full benefits list is published on the company's culture page.
  • Perks and benefits may vary by employment type, location, and other factors.
