Description

The company is an AI-native travel platform serving over 40,000 customers and nearly 2 million travelers, along with travel and AI companies that build on its infrastructure. One system runs business travel, group travel, human agents, and AI agents.

The company has been recognized as TravelTech's Reservation Platform of the Year (2026), appeared on Inc.'s Power Partners list (2026), and was named one of Built In's Best Places to Work (2020, 2026).

The company is at scale, cash-flow positive, and growing quickly, with a high bar for the people it hires and full ownership of work.

Responsibilities

  • Build and connect the GTM systems: CRM, engagement, enrichment, automation, and the integrations between them, including tooling and workflows that span several platforms.
  • Ship changes through git and CI/CD rather than manual deploys, and help the team improve that process as it changes shape.
  • Wire AI into production workflows where it removes manual work, and use coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code in your daily work, with standard review and testing.
  • Work with RevOps, Sales, and Growth to solve the problems that matter most and turn them into systems that last and are easy for others to maintain.
  • Help decide how Business Systems builds and ships going forward as it moves from an admin and operations model toward engineering.

Requirements

  • 3, 5 years as a business systems or GTM systems engineer, or in a similar role, focused on building, integrating, and automating rather than ticket-based admin work.
  • Able to write code where it matters, such as scripts, APIs, and light application work, and to tell when a no-code or low-code option is enough.
  • Hands-on experience with git and CI/CD for getting changes into production.
  • Real AI experience, such as automations or agents in production or heavy use of AI coding tools on production systems.
  • Experience across a modern GTM stack: CRM, sequencing or engagement, enrichment, and an iPaaS or integration layer. Salesforce experience is a plus but not the only thing that counts.
  • Able to explain tradeoffs to non-engineers in plain language.
  • Nice to have: Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer certification, travel or marketplace background, Data Cloud or Agentforce experience, or having helped a systems team move toward engineering practices.

Conditions

Pay depends on experience, expertise, and location. Every role includes equity and a competitive base salary, and some roles may also include an annual bonus. Your recruiter will walk you through the full package during the process.

Base pay range: $101,200 - $140,000 USD.

Hybrid-hub model: you can work from one of the offices or fully remote, and the company will make sure you have what you need to do the job well.

Perks and benefits may vary by employment type, location, and other factors.

The company is an equal opportunity employer.
