Senior Solutions Architect, Europe - COMINT

Description

The Solutions team builds and delivers technical solutions for major programs worldwide. This role focuses on large Communications Intelligence programs in Europe.

You will work directly with clients and end users to understand what they need, train them hands on to use the data and fit it into their workflows, lead integration work with third-party tools and services, and work with internal teams to align the company's offerings with customer needs.

The role calls for strong initiative, fast learning of new technologies, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical contact for programs across Europe.
• Own the solution design, take charge of technical issues as they come up, and change direction when needed to add more mission value.
• Run multi-day technical training sessions, in person and virtually, so customers understand the products and technology well.
• Act as the technical front end: lead Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and work through use cases with end users.
• Design and build technical data integrations, including data flow from AWS services to on-premises storage and third-party platforms.
• Bring end user requirements to internal stakeholders, including systems engineering and product teams.
• Keep learning and drive quick innovation that supports business growth.
• Model the company's values in your own work.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience delivering technical solutions in RF and/or COMINT.
• A BS or MS in computer science, systems engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on work with ISR missions, RF collection systems (ground, airborne, or space), and/or signals intelligence (SIGINT).
• Experience developing or exploiting intelligence from Digital Push to Talk technologies such as DMR and Tetra, using IQ and GIS data together.
• A record of delivering new solutions for defense and intelligence clients.
• Experience with GIS platforms, and with analysing and presenting geospatial data.
• Experience handling the in-phase and quadrature (IQ) data of communication signals with signal exploitation software.
• Ability to build persuasive presentations that address customer requirements.
• Ability to pick up new technical capabilities quickly and apply them to customer problems.
• Strong background in designing, developing, and integrating applications.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence people without formal authority.
• Self-motivated, works without close supervision, and takes ownership of results.
• Desirable: understanding of RF technologies, digital signal processing, signal analysis, and their applications.
• Desirable: technical experience analysing and exploiting communication signals.
• Desirable: hands-on technical integration work with AWS, APIs, open-source technologies, and similar.

Conditions

Residency in Europe is required, with travel of up to 30% throughout the role.

Base salary of $130,000 to $160,000 USD.
