Senior Solutions Architect, MENA - COMINT

Description

The company detects, geolocates and characterizes radio frequency emissions worldwide, using space-based collection, its own signal processing and AI-powered analytics to give defense and intelligence customers signals intelligence and early warning. This Senior Solutions Architect role sits on the Solutions team, which builds and delivers technical solutions for large programs globally.

The position focuses on major Communications Intelligence programs in the Middle East and Africa. You will work directly with clients and end users to pin down their needs, train them on the data and how it fits their workflows, lead integrations with third-party tools and services, and feed customer needs back to internal teams so the offering fits better. The role calls for strong initiative, fast learning and clear customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical contact for programs in the Middle East.
• Design and own the solution, take charge of any technical issue that comes up, and change direction when needed to add more mission value.
• Run multi-day technical training, in person and virtually, so customers understand the products and underlying technology in depth.
• Lead Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and work with end users to explore their use cases.
• Design and build technical data integrations, including data flow from AWS services to on-premises storage and third-party platforms.
• Make the case for end user requirements to internal stakeholders, including systems engineering and product teams.
• Keep learning and push quick improvements that support business growth.
• Model the company's values in your own work.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering technical solutions in the RF and/or COMINT domains.
• A BS or MS in computer science, systems engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on work with ISR missions, RF collection systems (ground, airborne or space) and/or signals intelligence (SIGINT).
• Experience exploiting or developing intelligence from Digital Push to Talk technologies such as DMR and Tetra, using IQ and GIS data together.
• A record of delivering new solutions for defense and intelligence clients.
• Experience with GIS platforms, and with analyzing and presenting geospatial data.
• Experience working with the In-phase and Quadrature data of communication signals using signal exploitation software.
• Ability to build persuasive presentations that address customer requirements.
• Ability to pick up new technical capabilities quickly and apply them to customer problems.
• A strong technical background in designing, developing and integrating applications.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence people without formal authority.
• Self-motivated and accountable for results.
• Desirable: understanding of RF technologies, digital signal processing, signal analysis and their applications.
• Desirable: technical experience analyzing and exploiting communication signals.
• Desirable: hands-on technical integration work with AWS, APIs, open-source technologies and similar tools.

Conditions

Residency in the Middle East is required, with travel of up to 30%.

Base salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 USD.
