Senior SAP Product Manager (all genders)

The role sits at the intersection of finance processes and online retail, where B2C and B2B transactions must flow cleanly through the system.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance processes in SAP S/4HANA across O2C, P2P, R2R, and either FI-CA or FI-CO, so that B2C and B2B transactions connect smoothly and revenue, billing, accounts payable and general ledger work stays accurate.
• Standardise, streamline and automate financial workflows, including high-volume transactions and management accounting tasks such as cost controlling and profitability analysis.
• Manage the product backlog and set its priorities, turn business needs into clear functional specifications, and work hand in hand with developers on scalable solutions that fit the business.
• Run user acceptance testing, coordinate functional and technical checks, and make sure releases are high quality and compliant.
• Serve as the domain expert, advise on SAP best practices, spot opportunities to improve processes, and give stakeholders well-grounded input.
• Work across business and technical teams to balance day-to-day efficiency against business goals, aiming for solutions that last and stay standardised.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in SAP product management or senior functional consulting.
• Practical experience with S/4HANA Finance and its integration points.
• Experience with high-volume B2C and B2B transactions, which is essential for FI-CA work.
• Strong stakeholder management, including the ability to push back on requests constructively and protect system integrity.
• The ability to explain complex SAP logic to developers and keep business stakeholders updated on progress.
• Comfort working in an agile setup and managing a backlog in Jira or a similar tool.
• A hands-on, get-it-done approach, with a proven record of running technical sprints.
