Description

The company is a global sports brand that makes footwear, apparel and accessories for athletes and everyday movers. It operates in 120+ countries and has around 22,000 employees.

This role centers on ARGOS, the company's central platform for managing business partners across their full lifecycle, from onboarding and due diligence through contracting and ongoing governance.

ARGOS is the global entry point for partner onboarding and contract management. Staff worldwide use it to start and run business-critical processes while staying within corporate policy, regulation and governance standards.

The platform brings onboarding, governance controls and contract lifecycle management into one place, with the aim of lowering risk, raising efficiency, improving transparency and making governance easier to use.

The aim is governance that helps the business move rather than holding it back. You would work with global teams in Finance, Procurement, Legal and Compliance to turn governance requirements into scalable processes and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of ARGOS and keep improving partner governance and contract management across the company.
  • Work with Finance, Procurement, Legal and Compliance to understand their needs, governance requirements and where improvements are possible.
  • Turn business problems into scalable governance concepts, processes and digital features.
  • Find ways to simplify workflows, add automation and improve the user experience without weakening governance standards.
  • Rank initiatives by business value, risk reduction, efficiency and user adoption.
  • Bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
  • Lead global rollouts, change management and adoption work.
  • Track solution performance, user feedback and process KPIs to keep improving outcomes.
  • Prepare analyses, recommendations and decision materials for stakeholders and management.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, business transformation, process improvement, product management, business analysis or a related area.
  • You are early in your career and ready to take ownership of global processes and digital solutions.
  • Interest in process design, user experience and organizational change.
  • Experience running workshops, gathering requirements and aligning stakeholders.
  • Ability to structure complex topics and communicate clearly with varied stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach.
  • Experience in international or matrix-driven organizations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with governance, compliance, business partner onboarding, contract management or finance processes is beneficial.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar is advantageous.
  • Fluent English.

Conditions

The company provides equal opportunities regardless of race, religion, sex, age, disability or other protected characteristics, and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination.
