Description

Most people assume supply chains run on automated, algorithmic systems. In practice, hundreds of thousands of operators link organisations and systems together, doing essential work with tools that have changed little in decades, often spending hours each day on email. The company is building an agentic operating system for these operators, changing how they communicate and how they price the roughly $1T spent on logistics each year.

The company's agents already run in production for major global freight forwarders, pricing millions in freight every week. The platform is expanding quickly to cover more of the logistics lifecycle.

The founders, Dan and Tasho, previously worked at Sedna and Palantir on supply chain problems similar to this one. The company has raised $8.5M from venture capital firms and angels, including investors who backed or founded Synthesia, n8n and other well-known companies.

Responsibilities

  • Help the company decide which parts of the shipment lifecycle to tackle next, and turn those choices into products customers rely on. The platform began with quoting and is now expanding.
  • Own the roadmap, priorities and results for specific products, from framing the customer problem through launch, rollout and adoption. Shape overall product direction with the founders.
  • Spend time with freight forwarders in both commercial and operational roles to learn how they work. Spot the problems they share and design products for those shared needs, not one-off requests.
  • Build working prototypes and early versions with AI tools and code, and test them with customers. Work directly with engineers to move promising ideas into production rather than handing off specs.
  • Map the market: where the company wins, where it does not compete and why customers pick it. Use that picture to choose the next workflows to enter and build products that increase revenue.
  • Set clear success measures, test assumptions, and check accuracy, edge cases and knock-on effects before scaling. Write specs and decision documents, including written recommendations on difficult calls.
  • Create a planning and decision cadence that stays light. Prepare product meetings well, make sure teams have the context they need, and make sure decisions lead to shipped work.
  • Work with engineering to judge when to invest in shared capabilities and when a faster, product-specific build makes more sense.

Requirements

  • You have owned significant product work in a complex B2B product and can show how your decisions changed customer behaviour or business results. You set clear success criteria and test assumptions, accuracy and edge cases before scaling.
  • You can turn complicated workflows into products that feel simple, consistent and trustworthy, and you pay attention to the details that make people want to use them.
  • You work well with strong engineers and understand trade-offs across architecture, AI, data and integrations. You bring the customer and product view to decisions about speed, quality and reuse.
  • You look past what customers literally ask for to see how their work actually gets done, and you can tell repeatable needs apart from bespoke requests. You use customer and market insight to make choices that drive adoption, expansion and revenue.
  • You take ownership, hold yourself to a high standard, and disagree openly and constructively. You handle ambiguity, rapid iteration and shifting priorities without difficulty.
  • You are drawn to complex, messy problems in industries the economy depends on, and you want to understand how the people and systems in them really operate. Industry experience is a bonus but not required.

Conditions

Everyone builds, including the founders. The whole company is technical and works with coding agents. You will not be expected to write production software, but you will use agents for research synthesis, specs, prototypes and data analysis instead of doing that work manually.

You work closely with customers and design partners, so what you ship changes how they run their operations.

The pace is fast, with quick cycles and frequent iteration on both the product and how the team works.

You own problems end to end. If you see something broken or missing, you are free, and expected, to fix it.

The role is in person in London, as the team values real-time communication.

The team debates hard, decides quickly and executes relentlessly.

Hard problems and good colleagues.

Benefits

  • The largest product decisions are still open: how deep the platform goes, where it expands and how the pieces fit together. The product is already live with major freight forwarders, and this role will shape what follows. You will build AI for the work that keeps global trade moving, alongside a team with people from Palantir, Raft, Faculty, UnlikelyAI and Oxford.
  • The role includes meaningful equity in the company.
