Description

The company is part of a larger global group that provides information-based analytics and decision tools to professional and business customers.

Within the Business Services area, the company helps organizations make better-informed risk decisions using data, advanced analytics and new technology.

Its Financial Crime Compliance products help customers meet regulatory and financial crime obligations by screening transactions, payments and customers, and by investigating alerts.

This is a newly formed team and a new strategic initiative to build AI agents that help customers investigate and resolve alerts. Customers often handle large alert volumes, so the goal is fewer false positives and more efficient investigation workflows.

The capabilities will be built for reuse across several of the company's products.

The role can be based in Paris or London and works with teams spread across Europe, the US, India and Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Set the product strategy and roadmap for new AI-powered and agentic AI capabilities, and decide which use cases will create the most value for customers and the business.
  • Run customer discovery to learn how customers investigate alerts, where they struggle, and what they need, then turn those findings into clear product priorities and requirements.
  • Work with Engineering and technology teams to define, build and release AI-enabled features using Generative AI, LLMs, machine learning and AI agents.
  • Assess possible AI agent skills and capabilities, form hypotheses, and recommend where to invest.
  • Coordinate across product and solution teams so that centrally built capabilities can be integrated and reused across the portfolio.
  • Use customer insight, product data and metrics to guide decisions, set KPIs, and track quality, effectiveness and adoption.
  • Manage several stakeholder relationships and report strategy, priorities, progress and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support Sales, Marketing and other customer-facing teams on go-to-market plans, positioning and adoption.
  • Work with Legal, Risk and Compliance to build AI capabilities responsibly, covering transparency, privacy, security, reliability and customer trust.
  • Move quickly from discovery to delivery in a fast-moving international setting while keeping a strategic view.

Requirements

  • Strong product management experience, including owning complex technology products or capabilities.
  • A track record of taking technology products from early concept through development, launch and ongoing improvement.
  • Previous exposure to AI-powered products or capabilities is essential, with a working understanding of AI, machine learning, Generative AI, LLMs and agentic AI. You do not need to be an AI engineer, but you must be comfortable working with these technologies and discussing them with technical teams.
  • Strong customer discovery experience, with the ability to turn customer problems and market insight into product strategy and priorities.
  • A proven record of working closely with Engineering, Data Science and other technical teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, and confidence engaging directly with customers and senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative insight to drive product decisions.
  • The ability to work in a fast-moving environment, manage competing priorities, and act with a high degree of independence.
  • Beneficial: experience in Financial Crime Compliance or financial services. Candidates from other industries will be considered if they show strong product management skills and relevant AI experience.
  • Fluent English is essential. Advantageous: French for candidates based in Paris, though it is not required.
  • Preferred: a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another technical discipline, though this is not essential.

Conditions

If the role is performed in New York City, the base pay range is $103,900 - $173,300.
