Description

About the company

The company is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends.

The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At the company, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

The median the company customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without the company. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, the company is the place to do it.

About the Role

As a Product Manager, Growth at the company, you’ll drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across our product suite. You’ll identify opportunities to help more businesses discover the company, get value from our products, and expand their usage over time.

You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and data scientists to develop and execute a growth strategy grounded in customer insight and experimentation. Your scope will include core product experiences and partner-led growth channels, with ownership from identifying an opportunity through launching, measuring, and scaling solutions.

You’ll identify opportunities to use AI to help businesses discover relevant the company products, reach value faster, and expand their usage over time. You’ll balance rapid experimentation with the accuracy, transparency, and customer trust required when building financial products.

Please note that this Product Management role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at one of our NYC or SF offices at least 2 days/week

  • Evaluate AI-powered experiences for both growth impact and quality, including accuracy, relevance, and reliability; balance rapid iteration with safeguards for sensitive financial data, transparency, and customer control
  • Turn successful experiments into durable product improvements and contribute to the practices that help the company’s product management function scale
