Description

The company's Ad Sales One Platform Ad Products group builds and runs the systems behind an advertising business over $10B, covering ad serving, programmatic, and activation on connected TV and digital.

Inside that group, the Programmatic Demand team sets product strategy and builds demand-side features across the company's programmatic ecosystem.

This senior product manager will shape how programmatic demand is optimized, scaled, and turned into products across the company's streaming business.

The work centers on scalable products, systems, and workflows that lift programmatic demand performance across the ad tech stack.

You will spot inefficiencies in auctions, platform behavior, and partner integrations, then turn them into lasting product fixes instead of one-time tweaks.

A major focus is monetizing live events, where concurrency, DSP behavior, and system limits create demand challenges that need structured product solutions.

The company is a subsidiary of Comcast Corporation and works in film, television, streaming, theme parks, and consumer products, with brands including NBC, Bravo, Peacock, and Universal Pictures.

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable tools, workflows, and automation that analyze and improve auction results, including bid rate, win rate, fill, pacing, and timeouts.
  • Turn performance findings into productized features such as automated optimization frameworks, configuration layers, or decisioning logic.
  • Work with Engineering to build systems that steadily raise demand efficiency and revenue.
  • Own requirements and validation for demand optimization features and experiments.
  • Find performance gaps and constraints in live event auctions, such as scaling limits, DSP throttling, and timeout behavior.
  • Lead product work that improves stability, scalability, and performance during high-concurrency periods.
  • Coordinate internally and with external partners so platforms and partners are ready for tentpole events.
  • Set product-led direction for deal structure, configuration standards, and optimization across PG and PMP deals.
  • Make platform settings in FreeWheel and partner DSPs produce more predictable demand results.
  • Standardize best practices to cut inefficiency and variation in deal execution.
  • Find recurring partner performance problems and drive long-term fixes rather than one-off patches.
  • Use partner capabilities, limits, and changing DSP behavior to guide product strategy.
  • Align Product, Engineering, Ad Ops, Sales, and Strategy on priorities and outcomes.
  • Lead root cause analysis and change systems and processes so issues do not return.
  • Turn product functionality into clear internal guidance and go-to-market alignment.
  • Track industry trends and use them to shape product direction.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including digital ad serving, measurement, identity signals, and privacy controls, and how they combine to make addressable advertising work on connected TV and digital.
  • Hands-on experience building and checking measurement and data pipelines so bid requests, attribution, viewability, IVT, and delivery metrics stay consistent and accurate across platforms.
  • Working knowledge of privacy rules and industry signals such as CCPA, GDPR, GPP, ATT, and COPPA, and how they affect data use, identity resolution, targeting, and measurement in programmatic.
  • Familiarity with identity and user signals like device IDs, platform identifiers, and consent signals, used for privacy-compliant audience targeting and optimization.
  • Track record turning complex technical, business, and regulatory requirements into scalable products, especially in programmatic demand, auction dynamics, or partner integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for finding performance gaps, data discrepancies, and system inefficiencies, and resolving root causes in production.
  • Experience building or using automation or AI to monitor, validate, and improve stability, quality, and performance of demand systems and measurement.
  • Clear communicator who collaborates well across Product, Engineering, Ad Ops, Sales, Strategy, and external partners.
  • Experience working in high-scale, high-concurrency settings such as CTV or live events, with a product mindset aimed at lasting system-level fixes.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital advertising, ad tech, or data-driven platforms.
  • Experience in CTV, streaming, or programmatic demand is strongly preferred.
