Description

The company is a global partner for AI-first digital transformation and engineering, with more than 25 years in the field, around 5,000 staff and operations in 16 countries.

Its core areas are artificial intelligence, data and cloud, intelligent automation and digital products, with a focus on engineering quality.

The CEE team has close to 1,000 people building applications, data platforms and AI solutions for large clients across the region, using AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

  • Lead transformation workstreams from planning through delivery, covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and status reports.
  • Coordinate several teams and external vendors so delivery stays on the agreed plan and meets quality expectations.
  • Track workstream budgets for CAPEX and OPEX, and flag variances early.
  • Prepare governance materials, keep the decision log and put risks and options in front of senior stakeholders.
  • Run process discovery, document current-state processes and agree target-state solutions with stakeholders.
  • Gather business requirements, write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Turn business reporting needs into measurable KPIs, and support the processes and tools used to track them.
  • Plan and lead data migrations: inventory, mapping, cleansing rules, rehearsals, reconciliation and sign-off.
  • Define data quality checks and acceptance criteria for migrated data.
  • Support tool and system consolidation, including cut-over, go-live and hypercare.
  • Write new process documentation, train teams and track adoption once changes are live.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years in IT delivery, including 5+ years leading enterprise transformation programmes as a Senior Project Manager.
  • A record of managing several workstreams, teams of different sizes and external vendors.
  • Hands-on business analysis, including leading process discovery, mapping as-is and to-be processes, and writing requirements and user stories.
  • Experience leading at least one end-to-end data migration from a legacy system to a new platform, covering mapping, reconciliation and cut-over.
  • Experience consolidating legacy systems or tools into a single platform.
  • Ability to turn business needs into measurable KPIs such as lead time, cycle time, SLA adherence or delivery predictability.
  • Experience owning or closely managing project budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX tracking.
  • Practical Jira experience, including setting up issue hierarchies, workflows or fields to support reporting.
  • Confidence communicating with business stakeholders, senior management and technical teams, including in steering committee meetings.
  • Experience documenting processes, delivering training and supporting adoption.
  • English at C1 level or higher.
  • Practical use of AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat or similar to improve productivity, quality or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.
  • Experience in payments, fuel cards, mobility, FinTech or financial services.
  • Experience migrating tools, for example from Azure DevOps to Jira, including access management for external vendors.
  • Knowledge of ITIL v4 and service process design.
  • Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, CBAP or IIBA, or similar.
  • Consulting or staff augmentation experience, with an understanding of both client-side and vendor-side delivery.
  • Experience using GenAI in a structured way across the SDLC, through defined workflows, prompt patterns or tool integrations built into daily analysis and documentation work.
  • Interest in emerging AI-driven practices such as automating analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation or workflow optimisation, and willingness to experiment beyond standard approaches.
