Description

The company builds the integrations that connect its observability and security platform with the chat, video, and ticketing tools engineers already use, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Zoom, Google Meet, ServiceNow, Jira, and Linear.

These integrations let teams get alerts, work in channels and meetings, act on platform data, and keep tickets in two-way sync. Products such as Incident Response, Security, Alerting, and Bits AI rely on them, and they give Bits AI live context from chats, meetings, and tickets so it can act where teams work.

This role is for a senior product manager who will work with large technology companies and partners to learn how they use chat and collaboration tools. You will define the platform's direction, build new capabilities including agentic workflows that use real-time context, and find new integrations as customer needs change.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for chat, video, and collaboration integrations from start to finish.
  • Build a shared integration platform with frameworks, APIs, and guidelines so product teams can create chat, video, and collaboration features quickly.
  • Set one standard for two-way syncing of issues and tickets with systems such as ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Add AI features to collaboration tools that use real-time data from chats, meetings, and tickets to automate work.
  • Build enterprise management features such as identity mapping, admin governance, and security controls.
  • Plan shared OKRs with other the company PMs and decide quarterly where to invest.
  • Speak with customers often, from early-stage startups to the largest enterprises, and turn their input into clear PRDs, partnership designs, and ranked roadmaps.
  • Help Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success with strategic deals and migrations, and give them the tools to sell the integration story.
  • Define and monitor metrics for adoption, engagement, and revenue influence, and make roadmap bets you can defend.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience shipping technical B2B SaaS products, including owning a product area across several engineering teams.
  • Solid experience with integrations, platforms, or developer APIs, ideally on chat or collaboration tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams, or on ITSM and work management systems like ServiceNow or Jira.
  • A proven record of moving roadmaps across teams, getting many stakeholders with competing needs aligned while keeping pace and focus.
  • Experience with strategic technology partners, or a clear view of how to build partner relationships that advance a product.
  • Enough technical depth to discuss webhooks, sync models, authentication, rate limits, and AI or LLM trade-offs with engineers. Coding is not required.
  • Understanding of how large organizations run IT operations, and experience designing for that complexity without making things harder for simpler users.
  • Experience in or real interest in developer platforms, observability, incident response, ITSM, or AI-assisted and agentic products.
  • Clear written and spoken communication, with comfort presenting to executives, customers, and partner leaders on stage and in working sessions.
  • Comfort acting decisively when requirements are unclear. The roadmap for this area is yours to shape.
