Product Manager

Description

The team builds the company's AI platform, which is moving toward agentic workflows and changing how the enterprise uses AI.

You will take customer needs and turn them into platform capabilities, working side by side with engineering, design and program management to ship secure, robust and extensible products.

The role suits someone with real technical depth and a good sense for what a product should do. You will debug workflows with engineers and present product strategy to executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a roadmap organised around outcomes, based on customer insight and business priorities.
• Turn recent advances in AI into features the platform can actually deliver.
• Learn what stakeholders need, then write precise product requirements and high-quality user stories that move teams through unclear problems.
• Keep product quality high through thorough testing of functionality, accuracy and performance, and run product demos.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in product management.
• Experience shipping technical products alongside engineering teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to explain technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A hands-on, inventive mindset and enjoyment of hard problems.
• Desired: 1+ years as a professional engineer.

Conditions

Hybrid role: you will be in the office at least four days per week. The company may change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $110,000 - $145,000.
