Description

Why voize? Because we’re more than just a job!

At voize, we believe the greatest gift to frontline workers is time - time to care, connect, and be present. Today, that time is lost to busywork and complex systems that pull them away from what matters most: people .

Our vision is to change that by building AI companions that seamlessly take over digital workflows. We don’t replace humans with technology - we amplify their impact.

Our mission is backed with a $50M Series A funding led by Balderton Capital, with support from HV Capital, Y Combinator and other leading VCs. Today, 2,000+ facilities trust voize, and over 200,000 users rely on our AI companion to ease their daily workload.

As a dynamic team, we combine first-in-class technology with meaningful social impact. And now, we’re looking for you to join us on this mission!

Your mission: Build the agent operating system for nurses in the US

As Founding Product Manager , you’ll be our first product hire in the US and own what the US product is and how it scales. voize started as an AI voice scribe for nursing documentation and has grown into an intelligence operating layer that supports nurses and care leadership to improve care and outcomes. Today we’re live in 1 in 4 care homes in Germany, and with 5 pilots running in the US, your job is to turn them into a scaled business. You’ll report to the Head of Product, Markets, and work closely with our CEO and team in New York.

Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

Shape the business. Decide with the CEO and GTM what we sell, to whom, and what the product has to prove first.

Pioneer with nurses. Work alongside nurses onsite and in care homes. Learn from what carers do versus what the workflow says, and build a product they love.

Build, test, repeat. Turn our first pilots into evidence: where nurses use voize without being pushed, where they don’t, and why. Form hypotheses about what users need versus what they say and validate them in real workflows.

Ship what matters. Write sharp requirements, track honest metrics, and set up the data and feedback you need to make good calls.

Make the hard calls on complexity. Decide with Engineering and ML what is reusable platform and what is truly US-specific. Work through EHR integration and compliance trade-offs.

Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

You’ve shipped into high-stakes, complex regulated environments, such as healthcare, fintech, field services, logistics, or similar.

Systems thinking comes naturally, and you work fluently with engineers and ML as a peer. You’ve shipped agentic products and use agents in your own daily work.

You’re action oriented. You make strong bets with partial information and adapt quickly to new information.

You have strong product taste. You know how to be pragmatic, but hold a high bar for what you ship and where you want to go.

Growing together - what you can expect at voize

We foster an open, collaborative culture with regular team events from our New York Hub and the occasional travel to our Berlin HQ for product or org-wide events

We are a fast-growing startup, that means you will tackle challenges, grow quickly, and make a real impact, giving frontline workers more time for people

We work hybrid from our New York hub, with time in the office and flexible working hours.

20 vacation days, 10 sick days, public holidays, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plan, short-term & long-term disability insurance and life insurance and 401(k) retirement plan

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is USD$170,000-$200,000 based on experience and qualifications. Final offers may vary within this range and do not include equity or other benefits listed above.
