Senior Product Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The team is looking for a senior product manager to define and deliver new solutions and tools that improve business results.

The role is remote and on a contract basis, with work across several time zones.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership and department heads to set the direction for new solutions and tools aimed at business results.
• Convert strategic goals into concrete product solutions that fit both technical capabilities and business priorities.
• Guide a product from discovery and requirements through release, rollout into daily operations, and ongoing improvement.
• Connect business stakeholders with technical teams so that goals, progress, and decisions stay clear to everyone.
• Review current processes, find areas to automate, and put practical fixes in place.
• Work with business analysts, designers, and engineers, and take on smaller projects or individual product stages when needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a product or project manager in a fast-moving digital or technology environment, with results you can measure.
• A record of analysing business processes, improving them, and leading digital transformation.
• A analytical approach that relies on data when making decisions.
• Good judgment about when a problem needs a build and when it can be solved without development.
• Experience creating automations that reduce manual work and improve processes.
• Hands-on use of no-code or low-code tools to prototype early and test assumptions.
• Strong communication and the ability to get stakeholders aligned.
• Self-motivated, well organised, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Nice to have: experience as a business analyst.

The role is remote and on a contract basis.
