You would help change the life sciences industry and make a positive difference for customers, employees, and communities.

This role sits in Link, the team building an intelligence layer for life sciences: connected data applications that speed up drug development and improve patient outcomes. The guiding idea is that top-quality data combined with advanced software creates major value.

Responsibilities

• Own the sourcing, management, and upkeep of data on health care professionals, from the podcasts they host to the scientific papers they publish.
• Use data pipelines, AI, and human review together to deliver accurate, compliant data.
• Manage the backlog for your engineering team.
• Work with the data engineering, data product, and data operations teams.
• Make sure the data is high quality and that production tools let the team execute efficiently.
• Help build several products that rely on this data, and make sure your features ship to production and work as intended.
• Use AI to automate work, with full automation as the long-term goal.
• Define and track success metrics for quality, stability, and efficiency.
• Connecting people across life sciences through this data supports faster progress for everyone.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of successful experience in software product management.
• Experience working with data engineering and software engineering teams.
• Ability to dig into data curation processes and data quality metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A background in computer science or engineering.
• You learn quickly, put the team first, and work hard.
• Based in Germany.
• Interviews are conducted by Veeva.
• The hiring process: submit your application and resume. Within 3 days you will get a link to a third-party personality assessment, unless you have already completed one with Veeva. The team then reviews your full application and emails a decision. If you advance, you will have a conversation with the hiring manager, a practical case exercise, and a final conversation with the group's Senior Leader. The manager will then confirm a final decision once all interviews are done.

Conditions

Total compensation: 84,000 to 125,000 EUR.

That range is published to meet local rules and shows the potential total compensation for this role. Actual pay may fall above or below it based on experience and location, and the offer reflects your qualifications, experience, and expected contribution. Total compensation may include variable bonus and/or stock bonus.

Remote, based in Germany.

Mid to senior level.
