Product Manager (Conversion)

Description

The company builds a single investment app used by over 1,000,000 people worldwide, offering several ways to manage money. It holds a Great Place to Work certification.

This role leads the Conversion Check team, which owns client verification and onboarding after registration. You will work with backend, mobile, Salesforce and AI/Data engineers, plus KYC operations specialists, with the goal of scaling automation, cutting friction and using AI to create a fast, compliant verification flow.

The product manager sets the product direction and chooses KPIs tied to the area's and the company's goals.

Client needs come first: you test assumptions through research and track customer satisfaction.

You turn the vision into concrete steps and tasks for the development team, and you work with the Engineering Team Lead.

You coordinate with legal, risk, marketing and technical teams so that launches succeed.

You work comfortably with metrics and back decisions with data rather than opinion.

Responsibilities

• Own the product direction and the KPIs for post-registration verification and onboarding.

Requirements

• Several years of product management work on onboarding or KYC products in a regulated setting.
• Working knowledge of AML directives and the EU AI Act, and awareness of how KYC rules differ by country.
• Strong analytics skills, with the ability to use funnel data to find drop-offs and manual checks that can be automated.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in your everyday product work.
• Knowledge of emerging tech, SaaS, and mobile and web design.
• Experience writing business requirements and PRDs and driving delivery with engineering and design.
• Self-directed, able to work with little supervision.
• Experience in cross-functional agile teams.
• English at B2 level or higher.
