Senior Product Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company is hiring a senior product manager on a remote contract. The role sits between leadership, business teams and engineering, and covers the product from early discovery through to daily use in the business.

You will help leaders and department heads set the direction for new solutions and tools that move business results.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategic goals into concrete product solutions that fit both technical options and business priorities.
• Own the product from discovery and requirements gathering through release, rollout into business processes, and ongoing improvement.
• Connect business stakeholders with technical teams so everyone stays aligned, with clear and open communication at each stage.
• Review current processes, find where automation would help, and build the fixes.
• Work with business analysts, designers and engineers, and take on niche projects or individual product stages when needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years as a product or project manager in a fast-moving digital or tech-driven setting, with delivery results you can measure.
• A record of analysing business processes, improving them and leading digital transformation.
• A analytical approach that relies on data when making decisions.
• Good judgement on whether a problem needs new development or can be solved without it.
• Experience building automations that streamline processes and manual work.
• Hands-on skill with no-code or low-code tools for early prototypes and testing hypotheses.
• Strong communication and the ability to bring stakeholders into agreement.
• Self-directed and well organised, comfortable working remotely across different time zones.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Business analysis background is a nice to have.

Conditions

Remote contract role.
