The company is a cloud ERP business with over 40 years of heritage, working to redefine ERP for mid-market, people-centric organisations. Its customers include management consultancies, engineering and architectural practices, IT services firms, audit and advisory firms, and legal services firms.
These firms depend on their people, so utilisation, engagement profitability and delivery quality decide who wins. This role owns the product vision, strategy and roadmap for professional services, with the aim of making the platform the first choice for mid-market professional services firms.
You will get dedicated engineering capacity to build deep industry capabilities that horizontal product teams would not build themselves. You will work closely with horizontal product managers for Financials, HR, Projects and Procurement so the platform serves these firms end to end.
AI is changing how these firms bill, deliver work and price their services, shifting them away from traditional time and materials models toward outcome and subscription pricing. The role calls for someone who can read where these firms stand in that change and turn it into a roadmap that stays ahead of it.
Responsibilities
Set the vision, strategy and multi-horizon roadmap for professional services, and align it with the platform strategy and commercial growth targets.
Own the backlog, the outcomes and the business case for each vertical investment, and set adoption, usage and customer impact goals for every capability, then measure results after launch.
Act as the internal expert on professional services, giving product, marketing, analyst relations and pre-sales teams the industry knowledge to position, demo and sell.
Lead a prioritised backlog with dedicated engineering, setting outcomes, success metrics, release plans and quality standards.
Turn market knowledge into investment-ready requirements, covering market sizing, problem statements and build-or-partner decisions.
Define industry solution blueprints, reference setups and templates that shorten time to value for customers.

Find where predictive analytics, intelligent workflows and decision support can help professional services users focus on what matters.
Support Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success with strategy evangelism, go-to-market work, enablement and customer engagement.
Contribute to discovery, validation and launch work with UX, engineering and operations, and make sure industry requirements are prioritised and delivered in line with platform capabilities.
