Senior Product Manager (all genders)

Description

The company is a fast-growing enterprise commerce platform that helps brands and retailers build their direct-to-consumer business, with a strong focus on data and international teamwork.

An in-house agency team launches the company's headless B2B SaaS platform for global brands, adapting it to each client's setup.

Work is varied: you partner with well-known brands across different industries and take on new technical challenges on each project.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with C-level leaders to set the product roadmap and match upcoming features to business goals.
• Collect and clarify requirements from internal teams and external client stakeholders, and turn them into concrete technical concepts.
• Design frontend and backend solutions covering system architecture, operational workflows and UI.
• Run sprint planning with cross-functional teams and coordinate feature delivery across departments.
• Remove blockers so developers can focus on the right priorities and work efficiently.
• Review design mockups and check that delivered features meet quality standards and client requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering tech products for e-commerce retailers.
• Experience delivering client projects, ideally in an agency setting.
• You enjoy going deep into technical processes and also designing IT architectures at a broader level.
• You can grasp complex processes and explain them simply so your team can carry them out.
• You have managed external stakeholders as well as senior internal stakeholders.
• You are proactive, take ownership of your decisions and go the extra mile when needed.
• You are comfortable working in an international environment.
• You communicate excellently in English and can readily see things from another person's point of view.
• You are analytical and data-driven, and you focus on efficiency and solutions.
