Senior Product Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The team is building new internal solutions and tools, and this role shapes what gets built and how it fits into daily business work.

The role is a contract position, fully remote, with work across several time zones.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership and department heads to set the direction for new solutions and tools that move business results.
• Turn strategic goals into concrete product solutions that match technical options to business priorities.
• Run the whole product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through release, rollout into business processes, and ongoing improvement.
• Connect business stakeholders with technical teams so everyone stays aligned and informed at each stage.
• Review current processes, find where automation would help, and build the fixes.
• Work alongside business analysts, designers, and engineers, and take on smaller projects or individual product stages as needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years as a Product or Project Manager in a fast-moving digital or tech setting, with results you can measure.
• A record of analysing business processes, improving them, and driving digital change.
• Strong analytical skills and a habit of making decisions based on data.
• Sound judgement on when a problem needs a build and when it can be solved without development.
• Experience creating automations that cut down on process and manual work.
• Working knowledge of no-code or low-code tools for quick prototypes and testing ideas.
• Clear communication and the ability to get stakeholders aligned.
• Self-directed and well organised, comfortable working remotely across time zones.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Nice to have: a background in business analysis.
