Product Manager (Smart Invest)

The team builds the product by setting its long-term direction and choosing the KPIs that match the area's and the company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Set the product's future direction and choose KPIs that align with your area's and the company's goals.
• Put the client first: test your ideas through research and track customer satisfaction.
• Turn the product vision into concrete steps and tasks the development team can act on.
• Coordinate with legal, risk, marketing and technical departments so the product launches successfully.
• Work closely with the Engineering Team Lead.
• Base your decisions on metrics and facts, not guesses or personal feelings.

Requirements

• Personal or professional experience with investing and financial markets is essential.
• Deep knowledge of regulated markets, especially equities and stocks.
• Hands-on product management experience.
• A fintech background is a plus.
• Willingness to use AI-based tools and practical experience with them in your daily product work.
• Familiarity with emerging technology trends, e-commerce, SaaS, mobile apps and web apps.
• Experience writing business requirements and product requirements documents (PRDs) and delivering them with the product team.
• Strong data analysis skills and an analytical approach to product development.
• You work independently and take initiative without waiting to be asked.
• Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
• English at B2 level or higher.
