Senior Product Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The team is looking for a senior product manager to work on new internal solutions and tools that support business goals.

The role is remote on a contract basis, working with leadership, department heads, business analysts, designers and engineers.

You would shape the vision with leadership and department heads, and you may also take on niche projects or individual product stages on your own when needed.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership and department heads to set the direction for new solutions and tools that move business results.
• Turn strategic goals into concrete product solutions that fit both technical capabilities and business priorities.
• Manage each product from discovery and requirements gathering through release, rollout into day-to-day business processes, and ongoing improvement.
• Connect business stakeholders with technical teams so that goals, progress and decisions stay clear and visible at every stage.
• Review current processes, find where automation would help, and build solutions for them.
• Work alongside business analysts, designers and engineers, and take ownership of smaller projects or product stages when required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years as a product or project manager in a fast-moving digital or tech-focused setting, with delivery results you can measure.
• A track record in business process analysis, process improvement and digital transformation.
• A strong analytical approach that uses data to guide decisions.
• A clear sense of when a problem needs a build and when it can be solved without development.
• Experience building automations that streamline processes and remove manual work.
• Hands-on skill with no-code or low-code tools for early prototypes and testing hypotheses.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to get stakeholders aligned.
• You work independently, stay well organized, and are comfortable remotely across time zones.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Nice to have: a background in business analysis.
