Description

You will join the DODO team in the Platform domain as a Senior Product Manager.

The role builds and maintains shared components of the company's system, following a platform-as-a-product approach. You will turn complex, critical data infrastructure into simpler services so product teams can build faster, better products for clinicians and patients.

You will work with 600+ engineers across 70+ teams and shape the vision for the data management products that everything the company builds depends on.

Product work runs in feature teams in an agile setup, alongside engineering, design and business colleagues, to improve daily work for care teams and patients.

Responsibilities

  • Set and own the two-year data storage vision: which datastores are built in-house, which are bought off the shelf, and how they serve the monolith and the services around it.
  • Build the product strategy and roadmap for data management tools used by 600+ engineers, covering PostgreSQL/Aurora, Kafka, Debezium, Couchbase, file storage, data access and data lifecycle.
  • Improve reliability, recoverability and cost visibility across teams, through SLOs, alert ownership, backup and restore testing, and per-team cost visibility.
  • Define how teams outside the monolith manage production data, and how storage for new AI products is handled.
  • Work with Staff and Senior Staff Engineers to weigh major architecture decisions, build agreement between differing views, and align stakeholders on disputed trade-offs.
  • Track and raise engineer satisfaction with data management products, leading projects end to end: problem definition, specs, development, validation, rollout and follow-up on impact.

Requirements

  • If you do not match the profile below exactly but believe the role fits your skills, you are still encouraged to apply.
  • You have at least 5 years of product management experience, including direct product ownership, working with developers, running team rituals and writing specifications.
  • You have deep experience with technical products and platforms, and you enjoy solving complex, large-scale infrastructure problems.
  • You can drive change across large engineering organisations and influence 600+ engineers across 70+ teams.
  • You have built and launched products in a large, international B2B environment, where speed matters without slowing feature delivery.
  • You are fluent in English and French, at C1 level or above, and comfortable in an international setting.
  • You have an entrepreneurial streak and want to change healthcare.

Benefits

  • Free basic health insurance covering you and your children.
  • 25 days of paid vacation a year, plus up to 14 days of RTT.
  • Free mental health and coaching services through partner Moka.care.
  • Up to 10 days a year of working from abroad under the flexibility days policy.
  • Swile lunch vouchers worth €8.50 per working day, with €4.50 paid by the company.
  • A work council subsidy towards a sports club or creative class membership.
  • 50% reimbursement of your public transport subscription.
  • ParentCare Program: 100% salary during the first month of birth leave and 75% during the second, paid by the company.
  • Enrolment in the long-term employee value sharing plan, DoctoGrowth.
  • For caregivers and workers with disabilities: an adjusted remote work policy, extra days off for medical reasons, and psychological support.
  • Relocation support for international moves.
  • Access to top AI tools for coding and development, plus dedicated training.
