Senior Product Manager (Remote, Contract)

Description

The company is hiring a senior product manager for a contract role that is fully remote.

The role sits between leadership, business teams and engineering, and shapes new internal solutions and tools meant to produce business results.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership and department heads to set the direction for new tools and solutions that affect business results.
• Turn strategic goals into concrete product plans that match technical options to business priorities.
• Guide a product through every stage, from research and gathering requirements to launch, rollout inside daily operations, and ongoing improvement.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, keeping everyone aligned and informed at each step.
• Review current workflows, spot where automation would help, and build the fixes.
• Work alongside business analysts, designers and engineers, and take on specialised projects or product phases on your own when required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years as a product or project manager in a quick-moving digital or technology setting, with results you can measure.
• A record of analysing business processes, improving them and leading digital change.
• Strong analytical skills and a habit of making decisions based on data.
• Good judgement about whether a problem needs new software or can be solved without development.
• Experience building automations that streamline processes and manual work.
• Working knowledge of no-code or low-code tools for quick prototypes and testing assumptions.
• Clear communication and the ability to get stakeholders aligned.
• Self-motivated and well organised, able to work remotely across different time zones.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Business analysis background is a nice-to-have.
