The company is a Winnipeg, Canada tech startup that uses AI to make business TV more engaging, profitable and easier to run, starting with bars and restaurants.
Its computer vision technology watches live TV and adds context-aware commercials, content and games, and it automates the daily AV tasks venues handle by hand.
This role owns the Partners product, the software venues use to run the platform. Customers range from single and multi-location independents to large national brands and enterprises in the U.S. and Canada.
The product has reached product-market fit and initial scale. The goal is a repeatable, scalable product that venues pay for and run on their own.
You report to the Head of Product and work with engineering, design, sales and support. This is a hands-on senior role: you own discovery, specs, delivery and customer contact for your area, while the Head of Product sets direction across areas and settles trade-offs.
Responsibilities
Set the vision, roadmap and outcomes for the Partners product, ranking work by expected return.
Decide how paid venue features are packaged and priced, then roll them out to every account.
Build tools that let chains manage all their locations themselves, and make sure venues can get the information and reports they need without help.
Plan integrations with systems venues already use, such as point of sale, scheduling and menu tools.
Talk with venue owners and chain operators often, and run user research and usability testing with design.
Join sales and account management on enterprise deals and help decide what the company can commit to.
Write clear requirements, plan delivery with the Partners technical lead, and keep technical choices aligned with product direction.
Pitch new initiatives tied to company goals with a business case strong enough to win leadership buy-in.
Track the metrics for your area and use them to make product decisions.
Build a release process and product documentation so sales, support and operations always know what is shipping and how it works.
Use AI heavily for data analysis, prototyping, sub-agents and QA to move faster and unblock the team.
Travel occasionally to customer locations for discovery meetings.
Requirements
You take ownership: given a product area with little structure, you run it from strategy down to release details.
You are technically minded and AI-fluent, comfortable coding with AI tools such as Claude and reasoning through technical trade-offs.
You are analytical and business-first, knowing when a problem needs strategic thinking and when it just needs to get done.
You communicate clearly in writing and in person, and can bring engineers, executives, salespeople and customers along.
6 to 10 years of product management experience in B2B software, owning a product area end to end.
5+ years of experience, as stated in the job details.
A record of shipping products that moved a business number such as revenue, adoption or retention. Outcomes matter more to the company than feature lists.
Experience packaging or pricing a product so it sells without custom work.
Preferred: a bachelor's degree.
Based in Winnipeg or willing to relocate.
Bonus: startup experience, an MBA, or a background in adtech, media, marketplaces, hospitality tech, hardware or computer vision. Experience with enterprise or multi-location customers.
