Description

What is Kalshi?

Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction markets. Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset. Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history, is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, and has thousands of markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and more.

We believe prediction markets have the potential to be the largest financial market because they turn anything into a financial position.

Our vision: well… build the largest financial market on the planet.

Our mission: bring more truth to the world through the power of markets.

Our culture is simple: we hire really talented people, work really hard, and enjoy the climb. We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets.

Role Roadmap

We’re looking for a Growth PM to own how we bring dormant users back to Kalshi.

People come to Kalshi for events they care about - a sports season, an election, or a major cultural moment. When those events end, we need to give them compelling reasons to return. You’ll own the product strategy and execution behind that work: understanding why users become inactive, identifying opportunities to bring them back, and building programs that turn renewed interest into sustained trading activity.

This is a deeply analytical, hands-on role. You’ll spend significant time in SQL, studying user behavior and translating what you learn into experiments. Working closely with engineering, lifecycle marketing, and acquisition teams, you’ll test product experiences, incentives, audiences, and timing to find what works. Over time, you’ll build a repeatable reactivation playbook and help users discover reasons to trade across multiple categories.

Responsibilities

  • Set the roadmap, prioritize opportunities, and take experiments from analysis through launch and measurement.
  • Use SQL to analyze cohorts by sports season, category traded, major event, and behavior. Identify churn patterns and size opportunities.
  • Test product experiences, incentives, and other approaches, with clear hypotheses and rigorous measurement.
  • Develop reactivation strategies for seasonal sports, elections, and other major moments, including what happens after they end.
  • Determine which users to reach, what will resonate, and when to engage them. Coordinate channel execution and measurement.
  • Build ways for users to find relevant markets beyond the event or sport that first brought them to Kalshi.
  • Turn successful experiments into ongoing programs, document what works, and establish benchmarks for reactivation performance.
  • Track post-season reactivation rates, the share of active traders who have reactivated, and whether returning users stay engaged. Coordinate proposed programs with the CCO and CRO.
  • What You Bring
  • Experience as a Growth PM or consumer Product Manager, with a track record of using data and experimentation to improve user behavior and business outcomes.
  • Strong, hands-on SQL skills. You can independently explore user data, build cohort analyses, and turn findings into clear product decisions.
  • Excellent quantitative judgment, including the ability to size opportunities, prioritize experiments, and distinguish meaningful results from noise.
  • Strong execution and ownership. You can move from an ambiguous problem to a launched experiment and follow through on the results.
  • Creative thinking about why users return to a product, with ideas that extend beyond standard promotional offers.
  • An understanding of sports and seasonality, including how fan interest changes throughout the calendar.
  • The ability to work closely with engineering, lifecycle marketing, and acquisition teams to deliver coordinated programs.
  • NYC Pay Transparency Disclosure
  • Salary Range: $150,000–$250,000 annually, plus equity and benefits. This range reflects current market data for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and broad variance in experience levels within each title; if your compensation expectations exceed this range, we encourage you to reach out - we’re always happy to discuss
  • Our Culture
  • Meritocracy is at our core, and we value people who take ownership and figure (usually hard) things out. We dream big. We love our craft deeply and are proud of what we put out in the world. We are committed to our vision of building something big… but also useful: a product that brings more truth through the power of markets.
  • Kalshians are Kalshi’s most important asset: we pick Kalshians carefully, so we trust them fully on day 1.
  • Commitment to Equal Opportunity
