As a Senior Product Designer, you will own several projects from first idea through launch. You will produce detailed designs, interactions, and prototypes that turn hard problems into intuitive solutions.

You will work daily with engineers, AI researchers, product managers, and lawyers to build AI into the product, designing interfaces that help users understand, trust, and steer AI outputs.

The company wants someone with strong interaction design instincts, a good eye for visual design, and a habit of working well across functions. You should care about small details, take feedback well, and improve ideas through close teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product experiences, from early concept to finished, polished work.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to turn business goals into user-centered designs.
• Build and improve the design system so the product has a consistent, scalable visual language.
• Run user research to find pain points and opportunities, and use what you learn to guide design decisions.
• Build prototypes to test new features, workflows, and interactions.
• Hold the team to a high design standard, helping it make deliberate, considered choices at every stage.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience designing products in a quick-moving environment, with a portfolio that shows your strongest work.
• Ability to take on complex problems and shape them into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Solid understanding of design systems, with strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Experience running user research and applying the findings to design decisions.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, so you can explain design ideas and the reasoning behind them.

Conditions

Salary range: CAD $138,600 - $207,800.
