This is a full-cycle technical recruiting role where you will help set up technical hiring in this location, from building candidate pipelines through to closing offers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with technical leaders to understand their hiring needs and advise on recruiting best practices.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates for current and future hiring.
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation and talent acquisition approaches.
• Find ways to simplify recruiting workflows and improve efficiency across the hiring process.
• Keep data in the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) accurate and well maintained.
• Coach and support other recruiters to raise overall recruiting performance.
• Lead proactive sourcing to reach strong passive candidates across a range of technical disciplines.
• Work with colleagues across the company to align recruiting with wider organizational goals.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced setting.
• A proven record of building strong technical teams in a high-growth company.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring partners and become their trusted advisor.
• Skill in communicating with candidates and managing each candidate's process efficiently and systematically.
• A humble approach, with willingness to do hands-on work to meet shared goals.
• Willingness to mentor teammates by setting an example and offering guidance.
• An understanding of how data and metrics can shape recruiting strategy.
• Keen awareness of technology trends, startups, and the companies currently attracting top technical talent.

Conditions

Salary range: $170,000 to $180,000 USD.
