As a Senior Product Designer, you will own multiple projects from early ideation through launch. You will produce high-quality designs, interactions and prototypes that turn complex problems into intuitive solutions. You will work closely with engineers, AI researchers, product managers and lawyers to build AI into the product in useful ways, creating interfaces that help users understand, trust and steer AI output.

The role calls for strong interaction design skills, a good eye for visual design and a collaborative style. You care about details, welcome feedback and improve ideas through close cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product experiences, from first concept to finished design.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers and AI researchers to turn business goals into user-centred designs.
• Build out and refine the design system so the visual language stays consistent and scales across the product.
• Run user research to find pain points and opportunities, and use the findings to guide design decisions.
• Build prototypes to test new features, workflows and interactions.
• Hold the team to a high design standard, helping it make deliberate choices at every stage.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience designing products in a fast-paced setting, with a portfolio showing your strongest work.
• Skill at breaking down complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Deep knowledge of design systems and strong craft in visual and interaction design.
• Experience running user research and using the results in design decisions.
• Clear communication and storytelling skills to explain design ideas and the reasoning behind them.

Conditions

Salary range: $167,500 to $251,300 USD.
